Return / Replacement Policy

1) Defective Product

• Only DOA (Defect on Arrival) claims are applicable for Hoda lens protectors and tempered glass.
• DOA claims must be reported within 2–5 days from the delivery date.
• A complete unboxing video is required, recorded continuously from the sealed parcel until the product is fully opened and tested.
• Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
• DOA claims do not cover damage caused during installation or after personal use.
• Air bubbles, dust particles, or misalignment during installation are not considered manufacturing defects.

2) Wrong Product Received
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please do not install or use the product.
• All reported items must remain unused and in their original condition in order to qualify for return or replacement.
