STARWISE® Rewards Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the STARWISE® Rewards Membership programme. By registering for a free membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Membership Eligibility & Registration

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.

  • Registration: Registration is FREE. One (1) account is permitted per individual. Membership is non-transferable.

  • Account Accuracy: Members must provide accurate personal information (Name, Birthday, Contact Details) to ensure the successful delivery of rewards.

  • Marketing Consent: By registering for a STARWISE® Rewards account, you automatically consent to receive marketing communications, promotional offers, newsletters, and program updates from STARWISE via email, SMS, and other digital channels. Note: Members may manage their communication preferences or opt-out via the "Unsubscribe" link in emails or through their account settings.

 

2. Points Accumulation (Earning)

  • Earning Rate: Members earn 1 Point for every RM1 spent on qualifying purchases.

  • Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final net purchase amount (excluding service charges, taxes, or delivery fees).

  • Validity: Points are accumulated automatically upon checkout when the member identifies themselves at the point of sale.

 

3. Reward Vouchers

A. RM5 Welcome Voucher

  • Eligibility: Exclusive to New Members upon their first successful registration.

  • Usage: Valid for a one-time use only.

  • Requirement: Requires a Minimum Spend of RM30 in a single transaction.

  • Expiry: 30 days from registration date

B. RM30 Birthday Voucher

  • Eligibility: Issued to active members 14 days before during their birthday.

  • Requirement: Requires a Minimum Spend of RM60 in a single transaction.

  • Usage: Valid for a one-time use during the member’s birth month only.

  • Verification: Birthday must be registered at least 30 days prior to the birth month to qualify.

 

4. 5% Cashback Program

  • Earning: Members earn 5% Cashback on the total amount spent on qualifying purchases.

  • Redemption: Cashback is credited to the member's account and can be applied as a discount on the next purchase.

  • Validity: Cashback earned is valid for one (1) year from the date of the qualifying purchase. Any cashback that remains unredeemed upon the expiry of such period shall be automatically forfeited without further notice to the member.

  • Non-Exchangeable: Cashback is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for physical cash.

 

5. Points Redemption

  • Points can be accumulated and redeemed for Exclusive Vouchers or rewards as listed in the Starwise Rewards catalog.

  • Redemption rates and available rewards are subject to change at the discretion of STARWISE®.

 

6. General Provisions

  • Non-Transferable: Points, cashback, and vouchers cannot be transferred to other accounts or sold.

  • No Stacking: Unless otherwise stated, reward vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or multiple vouchers in a single transaction.

  • Modification & Termination: STARWISE® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, point values, or specific vouchers at any time without prior notice.

  • Audit: STARWISE® reserves the right to audit accounts and void rewards if fraudulent activity or "gaming" of the system is suspected.

 

7. Personal Data Protection

  • Collection of Personal Data: By registering for a STARWISE® Rewards membership, members consent to STARWISE®:-
    • collecting, processing, and using their personal data, including but not limited to name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and purchase history ("Personal Data");
    • disclose members' Personal Data to third party service providers engaged by STARWISE®️ for the purposes of operating and administering the rewards programme;
    • keep the members’ Personal Data for as long as required by the laws.
