Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By participating in the STARWISE Dream Car Giveaway 2026 ("Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Campaign is organized by STARWISE SDN. BHD. ("Organizer"). The Organizer reserves the right at any time to change the Terms, duration, commencement and expiry date of the Campaign at its sole and absolute discretion with immediate effect upon posting on our website.

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to all registered STARWISE Rewards members.

• Employees of the Organizer and its related corporations shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

• The Organizer may disqualify your participation, at any point of time, at its sole and absolute discretion, without liability and/or compensation. You shall have no further claim, recourse or whatsoever towards the Organizer.

• Each participant is eligible to win only one prize per draw session, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

 

2. How to Participate:

For In-store Purchases

• Each RM40 spent (“Eligible Purchase Amount”) at STARWISE within the specified spending duration qualifies for one (1) giveaway entry ticket for the respective drawing period. For example, a purchase of RM188 qualifies for four (4) entry tickets with the remaining RM28 disregarded.

• Each RM40 of Eligible Purchase Amount spent in a single receipt at STARWISE during the specified spending period qualifies for one (1) giveaway entry ticket for the applicable drawing period. Eligible Purchase Amounts from separate receipts cannot be combined or aggregated. For example, an Eligible Purchase Amount of RM188 in a single receipt qualifies for four (4) entry tickets, with the remaining RM28 disregarded. 

• For clarity purposes, Eligible Purchase Amount means the final amount actually paid for the eligible products after deducting any discounts, rebates and vouchers, and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• For the avoidance of doubt, any entry arising from a purchase that is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned, reversed or otherwise invalidated shall be automatically void. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant entry and/or participant. 

• Please retain and show your receipt when submitting your giveaway entry ticket for verification.

• Each entry ticket submitted equals one (1) entry into the giveaway. Any duplicate, reproduced, altered or previously submitted receipt or entry ticket may be rejected and disqualified.

• There is no limit to the number of giveaway entries. Participants may submit as many entry tickets as they qualify for based on the eligible purchases.

• Only original tickets are valid; tampered or photocopied tickets shall be disqualified.

• All valid entry tickets collected during each spending duration will automatically qualify for the Final Grand Draw.
  
  

For Online Purchases

• Online giveaway entries are available exclusively for the participants who registered as STARWISE Rewards member through STARWISE official website (https://starwise.co). Please ensure that you sign up for a STARWISE Rewards members before making an eligible purchase on the official STARWISE website. For the avoidance of doubt, each participant may register and participate using only one (1) STARWISE Rewards membership account. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries associated with duplicate, multiple or suspected fictitious accounts. 

• For every RM40 Eligible Purchase Amount spent in a single eligible purchase through the official STARWISE website during the specified spending duration, you will receive one (1) giveaway entry. For example, a purchase of RM188 will earn four (4) online giveaway entries with the remaining RM28 disregarded.

• To participate, you must complete and submit the online participation form using the link provided in the email. All required information must be provided accurately for your entry to be considered valid.

• You must provide a valid Order ID in the online participation form for purchase verification.

• An eligible online purchase alone does not constitute a giveaway entry. You must successfully submit the online participation form for the relevant purchase to qualify as an entry.

• Online giveaway entries are valid only for purchases made directly through the official STARWISE website. Purchases made through third-party platforms or marketplaces including TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee are not eligible for this giveaway. Each eligible Order ID may only be used once to generate entries. Any duplicate submission using the same Order ID shall be invalid. 

• All online giveaway entries are subject to verification by the Organizer. An entry may be disqualified if the submission is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, or cannot be verified by the Organizer.

• Online giveaway entries are eligible for the Final Grand Draw only and are not eligible for any individual Quarterly Prize Draw.

• All valid and verified online giveaway entries submitted within the specified spending duration will be automatically entered into the Final Grand Draw.

 

3. Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of each giveaway period.

• Winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes from each draw session will be contacted via phone call while cash prize winners will be selected through a random draw. Draw session highlights will be published on our official social media channels. 

• In the event winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes are not contactable after three (3) attempts of calls during the draw session, the Organizer reserves an absolute right to disqualify his or her eligibility and the next eligible participant will be selected as the winner. Any disqualified participant shall have no further claim, recourse or whatsoever towards the Organizer or its employees involved in the Campaign.

• Draw sessions may be recorded (video or photo) for transparency and verification purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to publish parts of the draw session on its official platforms.

• By participating, all participants consent to the Organizer to record, store, and use such footage for verification and promotional purposes.

• The Organizer is not responsible to contact winners if incorrect or incomplete contact details are provided on the entry ticket.

 

4. Giveaway Periods, Winner Announcements and Prizes:

Note: Giveaway timelines and announcements are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.

 

5. Claiming Prizes:  

• Prizes for each Draw are available only to participants who have submitted valid entries during the applicable Draw period. Entries submitted during any other Draw period will not be eligible for that Draw.

• These prize-claiming terms apply equally to winners who participated through eligible in-store purchases or purchases made through the official STARWISE website.

• Winners will be contacted by the Organizer using the contact details submitted through their in-store ticket entry or online participation form, as applicable.

• Winners shall claim their prizes within thirty (30) days from the date of notification by the Organizer. If a winner fails to claim the prize within this period,the prize will be deemed forfeited. No extension, replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided, and the winner will no longer be entitled to claim the prize thereafter.

• Winners must collect their prizes in person at a designated STARWISE outlet or other collection location specified by the Organizer, regardless of whether the winning entry was submitted in-store or online.

• Winners must present a valid NRIC (IC) or passport for identity verification when collecting their prize. The Organizer may also require a winner to produce the relevant original receipt, proof of purchase and/or other information reasonably required to verify the winner's eligibility before releasing the prize. 

• Only the winner is permitted to collect the prize in person. Representatives or proxies are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by the Organizer.

• Each prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

 6. Prize Conditions:

• The Grand Prize includes the Proton e.Mas 7 vehicle only. Winners shall be responsible for all associated costs with the ownership and the use of the vehicle, including  but not limited to insurance, road tax and registration fees.

• Any taxes, duties, or fees arising from the acceptance of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• The New Year Season Draw consists of a Disney Adventure Cruise Prize, which is a Apple Travel Voucher worth RM5,000.

• The voucher is redeemable exclusively through the Organizer’s appointed third-party travel agent, Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd, which is an independent contractor and not an agent or partner or the representative of the Organiser

• Winners are required to communicate directly with Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd regarding all matters related to the voucher.

• The Organizer  shall not assist, manage, or mediate any booking, scheduling, or itinerary arrangements. All redemption logistics must be handled solely between the winner and Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd.

• The voucher is valid for redemption until 31st December 2026.

• The prize grants the voucher value only, and any additional charges including but not limited to cabin upgrades, additional passengers, port charges, insurance, taxes, peak-season surcharges, or itinerary changes shall be fully borne by the Winner.

• The Organizer is not responsible for cruise availability, itinerary changes, cancellations or rescheduling by the cruise operator, any additional payments required, or the service quality and overall travel experience provided by the Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd. or cruise operator.

 

7. Disqualification:  

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or appears fraudulent and/ or any other reasons as the Organizer deems fit.

• Entries associated with returned or refunded purchases will be disqualified.

 

8. Eligible Purchase Channels:

• This promotion is valid only for eligible purchases made at participating STARWISE physical retail outlets and through the official STARWISE website only. Purchases made through third-party platforms or marketplaces, including TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee, are not eligible.

 

9. Social Media Participation:

• By accepting a prize, winners agreed to allow the Organizer to use their names and images for promotional purposes, without any compensation.

 

10. Privacy:  

• By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

• The Organizer shall not disclose any personal information of participants with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms:  

• By entering, participants agreed to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as all decisions made by STARWISE in relation to the giveaway.

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same will be entertained in any event.

 

12. Disclaimer:

• The prizes will be provided on an “as is” basis. All images used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary in design, color, or appearance.

• The prizes are arranged and provided entirely by third party company. The Organiser excludes and disclaims any representation or warranty concerning the Prizes given by the third-party company. The Organiser gives no warranties or representations, express or implied, on the quality or suitability of the prizes and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however suffered by the winner arising due to the prizes. The winner shall, at his/her own cost and expense, communicate and deal directly with the third party company concerning any issue arising from or related to the prizes.

• In no event shall the Organiser nor any of its employees, representatives and agents (including without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by the Organizer for purposes of the Campaign) be liable to participate in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign.

• For the Disney Adventure Cruise prize, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any arrangements, service disruptions, cancellations, or additional charges imposed by the third-party travel agent or the cruise operator. All redemption matters are solely between the winner and the third-party provider.

 

13. Prize Modification Clause:  

• The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value due to any circumstances whatsoever.

• Prize colors may vary from those shown in promotional materials and are subject to availability.

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Reasonable prior notice will be provided to participants where applicable.

• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify any of the prizes stipulated herein, including the Terms herein from time to time and at any time without any prior notice thereof. You understand and agree that if you continue to participate in this Campaign after the date on which such terms have changed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changes.

 

14. Governing Law

• All of the above Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

 

15. Personal Data Protection

• Collection of Personal Data: By registering for a STARWISE® Rewards membership, members consent to STARWISE®:-
  • collecting, processing, and using their personal data, including but not limited to name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and purchase history ("Personal Data");
  • disclose members' Personal Data to third party service providers engaged by STARWISE®️ for the purposes of operating and administering the rewards programme;
  • keep the members’ Personal Data for as long as required by the laws.
