Terms & Conditions

 

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By participating in the STARWISE Dream Car Giveaway 2026 ("Campaign"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Campaign is organized by STARWISE SDN. BHD. ("Organizer"). The Organizer reserves the right at any time to change the Terms, duration, commencement and expiry date of the Campaign at its sole and absolute discretion with immediate effect upon posting on our website.

1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to all registered STARWISE Rewards members.

• Employees of the Organizer and its related corporations shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

• The Organizer may disqualify your participation, at any point of time, at its sole and absolute discretion, without liability and/or compensation. You shall have no further claim, recourse or whatsoever towards the Organizer.

• Each participant is eligible to win only one prize per draw session, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

 

2. How to Participate:

• Each RM40 spent within the specified spending duration at STARWISE qualifies for one giveaway entry ticket for drawing during the respective drawing period. For example, a purchase of RM188 will earn four （4）entry tickets.

• Ensure your receipt is attached or shown when submitting your entry ticket.

• Each entry ticket submitted equals one (1) entry into the giveaway.

• There is no limit to the number of giveaway entries; participants can submit as many entry tickets as they qualify for.

• Only original tickets are valid; tampered or photocopied tickets will be disqualified.

• All entry tickets collected during each spending duration will automatically qualify for the Final Grand Draw.

 

3. Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at the end of each giveaway period.

• Winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes from each draw session will be contacted via phone call while cash prize winners will be selected through a random draw. Draw session highlights will be published on our official social media channels. 

• In the event winners of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes are not contactable after three (3) attempts of calls during the draw session, the Organizer reserves an absolute right to disqualify his or her eligibility and the next eligible participant will be selected as the winner. Any disqualified participant shall have no further claim, recourse or whatsoever towards the Organizer or its employees involved in the Campaign.

• Draw sessions may be recorded (video or photo) for transparency and verification purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to publish parts of the draw session on its official platforms.

• By participating, all participants consent to the Organizer to record, store, and use such footage for verification and promotional purposes.

• The Organizer is not responsible to contact winners if incorrect or incomplete contact details are provided on the entry ticket.

 

4. Giveaway Periods, Winner Announcements and Prizes:

Note: Giveaway timelines and announcements are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer.

 

5. Claiming Prizes:  

• Draw session prizes are exclusively available to the participants who join during the respective giveaway period for that session. Entries from any other session are not eligible.

• Winners must claim their prizes within thirty (30) days of being notified by the Organizer, failing which, the prize shall be deemed forfeited. No extension of time, replacement or refund shall be granted by the Organiser and the Winner shall no longer be entitled to claim the prize thereafter.

• Winners must collect their prizes in person at a designated STARWISE outlet location.

• Each prize won is non-transferable for cash, non-refundable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable.

• Winners must present a valid NRIC (IC) or passport for identity verification during prize collection.

• Only the winner is allowed to collect the prize in person. No representatives or proxies are permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizer.

• All prizes must be collected within thirty (30) days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and the Organizer is not obligated to provide compensation or a replacement.

 

 6. Prize Conditions:

• The Grand Prize includes the Proton e.Mas 7 vehicle only. Winners shall be responsible for all associated costs with the ownership and the use of the vehicle, including  but not limited to insurance, road tax and registration fees.

• Any taxes, duties, or fees arising from the acceptance of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• The New Year Season Draw consists of a Disney Adventure Cruise Prize, which is a Apple Travel Voucher worth RM5,000.

• The voucher is redeemable exclusively through the Organizer’s appointed third-party travel agent, Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd, which is an independent contractor and not an agent or partner or the representative of the Organiser

• Winners are required to communicate directly with Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd regarding all matters related to the voucher.

• The Organizer  shall not assist, manage, or mediate any booking, scheduling, or itinerary arrangements. All redemption logistics must be handled solely between the winner and Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd.

• The voucher is valid for redemption until 31st December 2026.

• The prize grants the voucher value only, and any additional charges including but not limited to cabin upgrades, additional passengers, port charges, insurance, taxes, peak-season surcharges, or itinerary changes shall be fully borne by the Winner.

• The Organizer is not responsible for cruise availability, itinerary changes, cancellations or rescheduling by the cruise operator, any additional payments required, or the service quality and overall travel experience provided by the Apple Vacation Sdn. Bhd. or cruise operator.

 

7. Disqualification:  

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or appears fraudulent and/ or any other reasons as the Organizer deems fit.

• Entries associated with returned or refunded purchases will be disqualified.

 

8. In-Store Only:

• This promotion is exclusively available at the physical retail outlets and does not apply to purchases made through our online store.

 

9. Social Media Participation:

• By accepting a prize, winners agreed to allow the Organizer to use their names and images for promotional purposes, without any compensation.

 

10. Privacy:  

• By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

• The Organizer shall not disclose any personal information of participants with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms:  

• By entering, participants agreed to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as all decisions made by STARWISE in relation to the giveaway.

• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same will be entertained in any event.

 

12. Disclaimer:

• The prizes will be provided on an “as is” basis. All images used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary in design, color, or appearance.

• The prizes are arranged and provided entirely by third party company. The Organiser excludes and disclaims any representation or warranty concerning the Prizes given by the third-party company. The Organiser gives no warranties or representations, express or implied, on the quality or suitability of the prizes and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, however suffered by the winner arising due to the prizes. The winner shall, at his/her own cost and expense, communicate and deal directly with the third party company concerning any issue arising from or related to the prizes.

• In no event shall the Organiser nor any of its employees, representatives and agents (including without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by the Organizer for purposes of the Campaign) be liable to participate in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign.

• For the Disney Adventure Cruise prize, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any arrangements, service disruptions, cancellations, or additional charges imposed by the third-party travel agent or the cruise operator. All redemption matters are solely between the winner and the third-party provider.

 

13. Prize Modification Clause:  

• The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value due to any circumstances whatsoever.

• Prize colors may vary from those shown in promotional materials and are subject to availability.

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time. Reasonable prior notice will be provided to participants where applicable.

• The Organiser reserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify any of the prizes stipulated herein, including the Terms herein from time to time and at any time without any prior notice thereof. You understand and agree that if you continue to participate in this Campaign after the date on which such terms have changed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the changes.

 

14. Governing Law

• All of the above Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
